On July 15th, 2024, OlaRose Ndubuisi met with Senator Cooney to discuss her scoliosis advocacy and to raise awareness for Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis. 

Thank you, Senator Cooney, for being supportive and committing to work with OlaRose on a resolution for National Scoliosis Awareness Month in New York State, and offering to connect her with the medical expert community to review her proposals for modifying the existing Scoliosis Screening Guidelines for the State of New York to be more inclusive and effective.

OlaRose looks forward to future collaborations in raising scoliosis awareness in the community and nationally.
